We visited Akrotiri as a family, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The kids were impressed by the ancient ruins and the idea of a "buried city." The guide was polite and tried to keep everyone engaged, though some explanations were a bit too technical for younger visitors. It would’ve been great to have more interactive or simplified storytelling tailored to families. Still, it's a worthwhile activity for those looking into the site's history.

The tour of Akrotiri was quite interesting. We initially had a bit of trouble finding the meeting point, which caused some stress at the start (logistics issue and we didnt had Whatsapp for quick connect). The guide was well-informed, though I felt that the pacing could have been improved — some areas deserved more time and attention. Overall, it was a good experience, just with some room for improvement in organization and flow.
